The International Council of the Legend of Life Academy, the movie “Dear Comrades” by Andrey Konchalevsky, produced in Russia – honored at the Venice and Chicago Film Festivals – was announced as the best foreign language film

And in the documentary section, among the three nominated candidates, the film “Infiltrator Agent” by Mayte Alberdi from Chile – honored by the San Sebastian Film Festival – was nominated as the best foreign language film

Among the three candidates in the short section, the film “Between You and the Miracle” by Mariana Saifon from Colombia – honored at the Venice Film Festival – was announced as the best foreign language short film

In addition, the director of the fourth edition of the film festival of the Legend of Life Academy, on the occasion of Research Day, honored Bahman Maqsoodlou for half a century of scientific research efforts in the field of Iranian and world cinema by presenting him with a gold plaque of the Legend of Life Academy, and referring to the beginning of the next decade, he said: development and progress This land is characterized by the strong presence of women, therefore, the Academy of Legend of Life Award is given to three women filmmakers of Iranian cinema, Pouran Derakhsandeh, Tehmine Milani and Manijeh Hekmat
